      Masina testata in Germania pe circuitul de la Nrburgring, pe care lumea o ia drept production ready are motor montat frontal, un V10, foarte puternic.

      Daca se merge pe un astfel de propulsor masina de strada o sa fie concurenta serioasa pentru supercar-uri consacrate.

      De asemenea masina avea ultimul sistem 4x4 dezvoltat de Honda, "super handling".

      Niponii de la Honda spun ca masina o sa bata GTR si LF-A pe circuitul de la Nrburgring.

          Da, da. E versiunea testata in 2008, dar era o varianta gata de sosea, avand motor frontal. Asta "pure racing core" din Japan GT e cu totul altceva.

          Iti dai seama ca la fel ca si mine, multi hondari spera sa vada cat de repede o varianta de strada finala. Daca nu de dragul cumpararii (din motive de pret), macar de mandria de a fi hondar.

          Tokyo... scrie in japoneza pe site-ul ala ) si sunt cam ruginit la japoneza.

              The un-NSX continues to perform well during SuperGT qualifying. Now if they can only manage to stay out of the walls maybe they can win a race or two.

              Weider HSV-010 takes second straight pole position from season opener!

              The qualifying for the OKAYAMA GT300km RACE, Round 2 of the 2010 AUTOBACS SUPER GT held at the Okayama International Circuit (one lap 3.703 km) in Okayama Pref. on April 3. Under fair skies, the Weider HSV-010 driven by Takashi Kogure and Loic Duval won the pole position in the GT500 class, giving them the right to start from the front row in the race on the 4th.

              The Weider HSV-010 team also won the pole position at last month's season opener at Suzuka, making this their second consecutive pole. The HSV - 010 GT is Honda's new machine making its SUPER GT debut this season and it has certainly proven its speed without a doubt with these results.
              In the last round, the Weider HSV-010 suffered a bad crash that damaged the machine, in the two weeks since then, the team has clearly brought it back to top condition. In tomorrow's race they will be looking to grab that first win that escaped them in the last round.

              Most SUPER GT qualifying rounds use the Super Lap" format of time trials run one machine at a time. As with the season opener, however, this round adopts a knock out" format run in three sessions of timed laps. The cars with the slowest lap times in the first two sessions are knocked out" of the competition and only the cars remaining for the last session run the individual time trails to determine the top grid positions for the race.
              In the first qualifying session, Takashi Kogure drove the Weider HSV-010 to the fastest time, thus qualifying for the second session easily. In the second session Duval also advanced the team to the next session. In that third session, Kogure once again drove the fastest lap at 1 min. 23.815 sec. to win the pole position.

              In the GT300 class, the top team to emerge from the Knock-out qualifying and take the class pole was the JLOC Lamborghini RG-3 driven by Koji Yamanishi and Yuhi Sekiguchi.

              No. 18 Weider HSV-010 [GT500]
              Takashi Kogure: I am sincerely happy to have won this pole position. But, since we had the nightmare (crash) in the last round (the season opener at Suzuka), I know I won't be able to relax until tomorrow's race is over. In the final session it was hard to get the tires warmed up, so I had to run two consecutive time attacks. Unlike in the last round, I will not be the starting driver tomorrow, which I hope will be a relief for everyone (laughs). The tires that we have chosen for the start are delivering good performance, and I am sure that Loic will run strongly to the finish in the second half of the race. So, I'm not worried. If the two of us can do our jobs well, we should be able to win."
              Loic Duval: I am quite satisfied with the car's performance. Last race we had that crash, but besides that, the team and Honda and we drivers have all been doing a good job. As soon as I started driving today, I knew that things were going well. This is an excellent team, and I think that is the reason we have won this pole position. I want to have a good race tomorrow. Last round we also had the pole position but we had bad luck. This time I hope luck will be on our side."

              No. 86 JLOC Lamborghini RG-3 [GT300]
              Koji Yamanishi: From this season, all three of our teams are using the Gallardo, and quite frankly, I am pleased that we have been able to win the pole position in this second round of the season. Sekine ran very well for us in the second session of the Knock-out, and that gave me the confidence to run well too. In my final timed lap I made some slight mistakes that I didn't really feel good about. The tires that we will be using for the start of the race tomorrow are of a rather soft compound, so I am a bit worried about what the temperature will be. But, I will do my best to run away in the lead."
              Yuhi Sekiguchi: I wasn't very satisfied with my run in the second session of the Knock-out but the time proved to be fast. That made me real certain that Yamanishi-san could win the pole position for us. In tomorrow's race we will be shooting for the win, of course. Because we were able to win the pole position even though neither of us were 100% satisfied with our performances. I hope to see us running out in the lead from the start tomorrow and go all the way to the win."

                Victory for the new Honda HSV - 010GT in its second race!
                Weider HSV-010 erases last round's nightmare with perfect win

                The OKAYAMA GT 300km RACE, Round 2 of the 2010 AUTOBACS SUPER GT, was held at the Okayama International Circuit (one lap 3.703 km x 82 laps) in Okayama Pref. on April 4. Fierce battles unfolded on the track under fair spring skies, and when the racing was over, the pole-starting Weider HSV-010 driven by Takashi Kogure and Loic Duval held onto the lead throughout the race to take the win. This gave the new Honda HSV - 010GT its first win in only the second race of its debut season.
                Starting from the front row of the grid, Loic Duval got a fine start in the Weider HSV-010 and pulled out into the lead. Through the early stages of the race, the second-position starter ZENT CERUMO SC430 held on stubbornly to the pace about four seconds behind. Eventually, however, Duval began to pull away and open up the margin over the ZENT CERUMO SC430. Duval finally brought the Weider HSV-010 back to the pit for its routine pit stop at the end of lap 47. The team performed the pit work with no mishaps and during the second half of the race Takashi Kogure took charge and used his well-known sprint ability to widen the gap with 2nd further to over 10 seconds.
                While keeping one eye on the increasingly intense battle for 2nd going on behind him, Kogure ran steadily lap after lap to the goal and the win. With the exception of the time in their pit stop, the team never lost its lead during the race to score a perfect pole-to-checkered victory. This win made up for the frustration of the opening round, where the same Weider team had won the pole position only to be forced out of the competition by an accident.
                The name of Honda's new HSV-010 GT machine contains a reference to the "speed" that was the key concept in its development. It has certainly proven that speed already, by winning the pole position in its debut race at the season opener and then winning the race convincingly here in round 2.

                The winner of the GT300 class was the Up Start MOLA Z driven by Naoki Yokomizo and Tsubasa Abe, starting from second position on the grid. The pole-starting JLOC Lamborghini RG-3 dropped out of contention when its pit work took longer than the other teams. Then, the RX7 that had taken over the lead developed machine trouble and crashed out of the race. Through these developments, the two drivers of the Up Start MOLA Z maintained a strong and steady pace to race on to victory.

                Takashi Kogure: "[In the last round] at Suzuka, two of the Honda machines crashed into each other, which darkened the mood in the Honda camp. But today, I'm sure everyone is please with this result. That makes me happy. We always tend to lose time in the pit work, but Loic made up for that by giving us the margin of lead we needed. So I was able to drive the second stint with assurance. I am glad that we two drivers were able to do our jobs and win this race."

                Loic Duval: "I feel great. There was a lot of pressure and that made for a tough race, but it is good that we were able to win it and prove what a strong team we are. We had a different strategy from car No. 38 and we chose different tires. The going was tough for about the first ten laps, but after that I was able to run steadily and with assurance. I was nervous, though, when I had to watch the whole second half from the pit (laughs)."


                No.46 Up Start MOLA Z [GT300]

                Naoki Yokomizo: "I still can't believe that I am here [being interviewed at the post-race press conference]. Since we were carrying 30 kilos of handicap weights, I thought it would be a very tough race for us. But, the tires that Yokohama Rubber prepared and the machine that the team prepared for us turned out to be a very good package. Abe has been my junior since we were back racing karts, so I was nervous watching him after he took the lead. But, he has made rapid progress this year and I can now feel more confident of his abilities. It wasn't decided that we would be able to compete this year until just two weeks before the opening round, because our main sponsor wasn't committed yet. And there are a lot of uncertainties about the second half of this season, too. So, I believe that this win will have some value for the team management."

                Tsubasa Abe: "I'm very relieved. I saw the No. 7 machine crash right in front of me and (after I took the lead as a result) I didn't know what could happen in the remainder of the race. So I made myself concentrate and take it carefully. Also, there were a lot of fallen objects on the course today that I had to be careful about. There were also some tight battles going on between the GT500 machines that kept me paying attention throughout the race."

                    Am vazut cursa de la Okayama . In prima parte a cursei au cam fost presati cei de la Honda de echipa Zent-Lexus.Oricum cursa istorica pt. modelul HSV 010

                        We decided to achieve a sensual sound that signifies a Honda, by adopting a manifold with 8-4-2-1 layout. We have already used a single-muffler exhaust system for the NSX-GT, and we are confident that the HSV-010 GT with this layout will also realize both the sound and the engine performance that we seek. Due to the environmental concerns, the regulations require the machine to be equipped with a catalyzer starting in 2010.
                        During development, we were able to improve engine output by modifying the exhaust pipe layout, but we decided to drop this idea because the sound got worse. We were that persistent about getting that sensual sound!

                          Am vazut si cursa de la Sepang . Au avut conducerea Hondele de cateva ori dar de fiecare dat au trecut masinile Nissan GT-R in fata . Mai castiga HSV-ul anul asta oricum

                            AM AUZIT CA AR FI RENUNTAT LA VARIANTA DE SERIE DATORITA CRIZEI

                            tot nu inteleg de ce ar fi facut asta

                            ar fi trbuit sa isi faca matematica si sa o vanda la un pret care macar sa scoata cheltuielile, castigul fiind imaginea marcii, si sunt sigur ca s-ar fi vandut indiferent de pret, tinand cont de cata lume asteapta noul NSX

                            Cei de la Honda au spus doar ca au amanat pe o perioada nedeterminata varianta de serie si e mare pacat mai ales ca a scos pe Nurburgring un timp mai bun decat Nissan GT-R, Toyota va lansa noua Supra in maxim 3 ani, Nissan a revenit cu GT-R si Z nu vad de ce Honda mai asteapta....

                              Ultimele 2 curse din Japanese GT series au fost castigate de HSV-010. La Sugo , Keihin Honda a batut Honda echipei Weider la 0.05 sec . ceva incredibil intr-o cursa GT . Apoi la Suzuka putin a lipsit sa reuseasca masinile HSV 010 dubla din nou. GT-R-ul echipei Motul a profitat de trafic si a trecut pe locul 2 la caderea intunericului dupa masina castigatoare Arta HSV 010.
                              Dar probabil degeaba scriu eu aici ca vad ca nu e nimeni interesat de competitia asta

                                Nu e asa, suntem cativa interesati ,eu chiar imi doresc sa scoata modelul asta de serie iar in competitii Honda sa revina acolo unde ii e locul.Merci de informatii oricum!
