    Pollock isi baga coada ... DIN NOU!

    Dupa ce a fost dat afara de BAT pentru ca si-a batut joc de echipa prin modul in care a condus-o, Craig Pollock iese din nou la rampa si ar putea bloca vanzarea unui pachet de actiuni (45%) de la BAT catre Honda.

    BAT este la ora actuala nu doar principalul actionar (majoritar de altfel) dar si principalul creditor si, avand in spate legea britanica, a cerut intrarea BAR Holdings (compania care are sunt umbrela si echipa de F1) in administrarea statului. Este o procedura care se face atunci cand un creditor considera nu isi mai poate recupera banii de la debitor. Administrarea inseamna ca statul numeste un nou director si de obicei precede falimentul.

    Nu poate fi insa vorba de faliment aici! BAT a cerut intrarea BAR Holdings in administrare pentru a-i forta de Pollock, Reynard si Gore (toti actionari)sa vanda actiunile, cu alte cuvinte sa ii elimine, BAT dorind transformarea datoriilor in actiuni pe care sa le vanda mai apoi la Honda.

    Desi Reynard si Gore au fost de acord, Pollock nu este si a dat in judecata BAT pentru ca nu a pus in discutie dorinta de a se intra in administrare in consiliul director.

    Nu stiu daca Pollock va castiga (el sustine ca da din moment ce a declarat ca "BAT does not look good in Court), dar cert este ca tranzactia BAT - Honda se amana din cauza acestui imbecil.

      echipa asta numai probleme a avut, pollock asta s-a ocupat numai de afaceri murdare, de aia nici n-au reusit sa progreseze cand au infiintat echipa.

        2005 B•A•R Honda to be unveiled in Barcelona

        New BAR Honda set for Barcelona launch

        B•A•R Honda confirmed this afternoon that they will launch its 2005 challenger, the B•A•R Honda 007, at the Circuit de Catalunya, Barcelona, on Sunday 16th January 2005.

        The team are already running the 2005 'concept car' in test in Spain with various components that will find their way onto the 007 chassis. The concept car consists of the 2004 006 rear end with a new 2005 specification Honda engine, new gearbox and new rear suspension assembly.

        B•A•R Honda finished second in the Constructors' Championship in 2004. "The team is determined to repeat its success in 2005," said B•A•R technical Director Geoff Willis. "The new car represents a sizeable improvement which will be needed to compete successfully in what will be an even more intense championship next year."

              BAR Honda's status among the F1 elite was further emphasized at Sunday night's glittering Autosport Awards ceremony held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in Central London.

              Honda's far-reaching commitment to motor racing over the last 40 years earned one of the evening's top lifetime achievement honours - the John Bolster Award. The company's recent successes in Formula 1 and victory in this year's Indy Racing League are only the latest triumphs against the backdrop of massive global successes in the past.

              Shoichi Tanaka, president of Honda Racing Development, collected the coveted trophy from IRL champion Tony Kanaan.

              He said : "We can say that racing is at the very core of Honda. We love racing, we support two wheels and four wheels all over the world. We have two international racing circuits and we try to encourage the sport at all levels - so on behalf of the Honda Motor Company I am very honoured to receive this prestigious award tonight. We have been very fortunate to work with great drivers and great teams over the last 40 years and many of them are here - so many that I cannot individually mention them. I want to thank them all on behalf of Honda."



              Jenson Button underlined his status as Britain's most popular racing driver as he took the high-ranking International Racing Driver of the Year trophy voted for by the readers of Autosport magazine.

              After being presented with the coveted trophy by former world champion Mika Hakkinen, Button said : "It is a strange situation because I didn't expect it all. It is very nice. I feel a little bit embarrassed holding it up because Michael won so many races this year and destroyed us in the championship but this trophy will mean something in the future when we are world champions It is not all down to me though. It is down to the team. We started testing in January and no-one expected us to be so quick, people thought we were running light, but we proved it with 11 podiums, second in the constructors' and me third in the drivers' championship. We are a top team."

              Asked what winning a Grand Prix would mean, he added : "It is going to be very emotional, but I won't get caught up in it too much. A win is fantastic. It is most people's dream to win a race but the world championship is the aim. There is a lot of competition out there – Michael has been fantastic for so many years, but also Kimi and Montoya. If it happened in Melbourne it would be a special moment for everyone in the team. It is a great thing and we worked very hard for it - second in the constructors' championship and we are pushing for it. Of course Honda's on board now and everyone at BAR fully appreciates Honda's increased support and involvement going into 2005 and beyond."

                  Tony Kanaan, campionul din acest an din IRL va testa pentru BAR in ianuarie anul viitor. Nu este vorba de un eventual transfer in F1 ci doar de un cadou primit de Kanaan de la Honda.

                    Honda nu mai este de acord cu limitarea testelor in timpul sezonului si se aliaza cu Ferrari in ceea ce priveste testele nelimintate.

                        Da, dar solutia propusa de Ferrari este ca fiecare fabricant de pneuri sa testeze acelasi nr de kilometri adica Ferrari sa testeze de sapte ori cat o echipa Michelin ... :lol: :lol: :lol:
