Conform revistei Auto Moto masina nu va ajunge in Europa inainte de 2015 datorita faptului ca uzina din Mexic, care va produce modelele destinate pietei Americane si Europene, nu este inca terminata. Varianta hibrida va avea o putere de 137 cp asociata unei cutii robotizate cu dublu ambreiaj si 7 trepte de viteza si va fi disponibila atat ca tractiune cat si 4x4. Pretul de pornire, spun ei, va fi situat in jurul sumei de 21,000€ - probabil motorul 1,5 benzina si echiparea de baza. In Europa vom avea 1.5 Turbo, nu aspirat ca la JDM.
De asemenea se zice ca hibridul s-ar putea sa nu ajunga la noi.
Daca ar face-o la Swindon ar fi mai bine dar nu stiu cum stau cu capacitatea de productie. O productie in Mexic inseamna automat 10% in plus la pret, ceea ce nu e o veste prea buna...

Mie, cu parere de rau, nu-mi place. La exterior va fi un Jazz mai umflatel( Jazzul nefiind vreu-un etalon ide frumusete) iar interiorul mi se pare trist, cu exceptia variantei cu imitatie de piele pe bord, cand devine de-a dreptul gretos( ideea cred ca este preluata de la actuala gama Toyota(Rav, Auris)dar acolo nu da chiar asa rau. Singurul plus, il constituie, dupa parerea mea, sistemul 4x4 hibrid. Daca preturile vor porni de la 25,000 € masina asta se va vinde la fel de bine ca si CR-Z-ul. Tin minte ca si la acesta, inainte de lansare, jumatate din cei cu. Civic, CR-x si mai stiu eu ce alte modele ar fi bagat mana in foc ca o sa-l cumpere iar dupa ce s-a lansat- liniste totala;,,A life spent making mistakes is not only more honorable, but more useful than a life spent doing nothing" G.B.Shaw

Nu stiu ce sa zic, e totusi un pas inainte fata de HR-V. Unul mare, tinand cont ca au trecut ceva ani. Super artificii si inovatii nu au cum sa fie, pt. ca sunt multi in segment acum. Si mie mi-ar placea o varianta in 3 usi, mai slim, cu 280cp si bunatatile din 2014 la 30 de mii, dar in 20 cat va fi pretul de baza, eu zic ca 1,5 turbo o sa se vanda destul de bine. Ma uitam la toyota harieer 2014 care este mai mare un pic, mai bine echipata si seamana destul de mult. Nici acolo nu sunt salturi remarcabile. O fi un trend de criza.

Back when the HR-V was launched most 4x4's and SUV's were following the same styling cues as each other being either butch by design or trying to look butch with add on's like bull bars etc. etc. because hey, look it's a 4x4 and that's what 4x4's look like, right? It also looks very ungainly perched atop teeny tiny little wheels, it's crying out for wheels that are more in proportion with the rest of the car. The front and rear light treatments on the concept have (sadly) been replaced by very ordinary looking lights so some of the sharpness of that design has already been muted. In the old days that was to be expected, concept cars always lost their futuristic touches for simple practical reasons but these days lighting technology IS available as demonstrated here in Europe (mainly) by the Audi/Seat brands.
Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see the HR-V line brought back but personally I wish it was on something more appropriate. Maybe the US market is different to the European one and it actually does fulfil that role, but here it's competing against a number of similarly styled cars (Nissan's Juke & Qashqai, Toyota RAV4 etc.) so my opinions might be skewed by the cars I'm used to seeing here.
I guess what I'm really saying is I don't want a car from Honda called the HR-V just for the sake of it, I want it to be special the way the original one was."

Au mai iesit cu un concept in India, si dupa linia spatelui se apropie mai mult de originalul HR-V.

Instead, a Honda Brio based SUV will be launched in India which will have its engine options borrowed from the Honda Mobilio MPV. Honda wants to make the most of the Brio platform and it has already spawned a compact sedan, the Honda Amaze and a MUV, the Honda Mobilio apart from the Honda Brio hatchback. The SUV will be the latest member of the family.,,
